Custom ANSI Approved Hard Hats
Need hard hats for the U.S. market with your own name on them? Tell us where they will be used and whether you need top-impact protection, side-impact protection, or a particular electrical class. AutoMax can help you choose a suitable model, then customize its color, logo, wearing components, and packaging. We also support sampling and new product development when an existing design does not fit your plans. Before production, we’ll review the selected model’s ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 marking and available test documents with you, so you know exactly which hard hat you are ordering.

Por que a AutoMax é a sua melhor opção
Tell Us What the Job Requires
A construction site, a plant, and an electrical work area may call for different head protection. Give us the intended use and the Type or Class you need. We’ll discuss an appropriate hard-hat model and show you its available specifications.
See the Whole Hard Hat Before You Order
We’ll prepare a sample with the agreed shell, suspension, color, and logo. You can check the adjustment, fit, and finish for yourself. If something needs changing, we’ll discuss it before confirming the production specification.
Put Your Name on a Defined Model
We can develop private-label colors, logos, labels, and packaging around the hard hat you select. AutoMax also supports design and tooling for projects that need a different product. We’ll keep the final configuration clear as the project moves from sample to order.
Review the Documents With Us
We’ll identify the ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 edition, impact Type, and electrical Class shown for the selected model, where applicable. Ask us for the available test documents and product information before you make a claim on your packaging or website. That way, your product description matches the hard hat supplied.
Clear Steps, No Guesswork
Send us your requirements
Tell us where the hard hats will be used, the quantity you have in mind, and the style you prefer. If you have a required impact Type or electrical Class, send that too. A reference photo or an existing product specification is helpful, but you can also start by describing the job.
Choose the model together
We’ll discuss available hard hats that fit your requirements and review the relevant markings and documents. Once you select a model, we can settle the shell color, logo, wearing components, and packaging. If you need a new design, we’ll discuss the development work separately.
Check your sample
Look at the hard hat as your customer will receive it. Check the color, logo, fit, adjustment, labels, and packaging. Tell us what you want to change; we’ll confirm the final sample and specification before production.
Place the production order
We’ll confirm the model, components, artwork, quantity, and packaging with you. The finished hard hats can then be checked against those agreed details. We’ll also make sure the product information you receive refers to the model ordered.
Perguntas frequentes
Send us the worksite requirements and the quantity you need. If your customer has specified an ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type or Class, include it; we’ll use that to discuss a suitable model and its available documents.
Tell us the style and electrical Class you need alongside Type I. We’ll review available models and confirm the marking on the specific hard hat before you order.
Let us know that Type II is required at the start. We’ll check suitable model options and their supporting information rather than assuming a standard hard hat provides side-impact protection.
Tell us the electrical Class your safety team requires, such as Class G or Class E, along with any other worksite requirements. We’ll review the marked model and its available documents with you before discussing colors or accessories.
No—vented hard hats should not be selected where electrical protection is required. If airflow is a priority, tell us about the work environment and the required Class so we can discuss appropriate options.
Yes, we can discuss a suitable logo position and decoration method for the selected model. Send us your artwork, and you can review the result on a sample before production.
Tell us what you would like to change. We’ll check which wearing components are specified or compatible with the selected model and confirm the complete configuration with you before production.
Ask us about the selected model’s specification, markings, and available test documents. We’ll identify what applies to the configuration you plan to buy, rather than send paperwork for a similar-looking product.
We can discuss design, tooling, and sampling for a new product. Send us a sketch or reference image together with the protection requirements, and we’ll review what development and testing may be needed.
Send us the intended use, required Type and Class if known, preferred style, estimated quantity, logo, and packaging needs. We can work through any details you have not decided yet.
