I’m Max, founder of AutoMax. My PPE journey began in 2008, during an internship at a safety equipment factory in eastern China. On the production floor, I saw how inconsistent quality, unclear standards, and slow communication could turn a “certified” product into a real risk for workers and a reputation problem for brands. That experience shaped my belief: safety is about discipline, detail, and honesty at every step.
In the following years, I worked closely with distributors, safety brands, and industrial buyers across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. I heard the same frustrations again and again: long lead times, rigid MOQs, and products that looked good on paper but failed in the field. In 2010, I founded AutoMax to solve these problems with rigorous safety standards, agile service, fast responses, and clear communication.
